Unhappy Customers Voicing Their Claims Online

by: Yann Gourvennec

I caught a glimpse of a very interesting post on CNET entitled “Expresscameras.com - Still dirtbags” today.

Expresscameras.comI think this post is very tale-telling. It is giving a clear idea that customers in the information age should not be trifled with. Regardless of what really happened and whether Expresscameras.com is really a scam, what this message is conveying is that the Internet is in effect empowering consumers who are able to voice their claims directly online and let others know about it.
