Do You Tube?

Here's a nice one to wrap your advertising brain around.  The clip that launches when you click the image on the left, has had  8.9 million views on YouTube, which makes it the most watched video ever on the popular self-broadcasting service. 

Now compare this audience to the Nielsen ratings in the US (which every researcher will tell me you can't do, yet just bear with me) and ask yourself one question.  Which would get you most bang for your buck ... advertising on prime time, or simply giving guys like this a decent camcorder.  In my opinion Pokemon rules!    Have a nice week-end.
