THE REASON MY COMMENT APPEARS BELOW (AT LEAST) THREE TIMES.

Every time I clicked the "submit" button I was sent to an "error" page that said: "An error occurred. You can not register multiple plugin objects from a single script."

Whatever that means.

I assumed that meant that the post had failed.

Turns out, I guess, it was the cyberspace equivalent of the message in a fortune cookie.

All the best.

SOMEBODY SAY 'AMEN!'

These are things that must be said, not only to boost the profitability of businesses, but also to revitalize civilization itself.

If there is one, single lesson that can be distilled from the human experience on earth it is this:

By working together people can accomplish great things that are impossible alone.

Your posting, "Customer-inventors: the Next Step in Open Innovation," contains a powerful message that could easily be overlooked. Time to "beat the drum" for this one.
